DO NOT ORDER ACCESSORIES through this FORD, Bought a brand new Bronco Sport and added on leahter interior while the car was still in transit to the dealer, they ordered the complete wrong color and desi brand new Bronco Sport and added on leahter interior while the car was still in transit to the dealer, they ordered the complete wrong color and design of leather for my car even though I gave thema picture of what I wanted exactly and went over the specifics with 2 different people. They then proceeded to try to convince me to put the wrong color and designed leather in my car while they were putting in the toe hitch! Also tinted my front windows but forgot to do the visor strip. How do these things get missed? Now I am paying for accessories that I don't even have on my car because I fincanced. All they offered me was an appology and a refund, which I am still waiting to see reflected on an invoice. Corporate and HeadQuarters will be hearing from me next. WHAT A HEADACHE AND BAD EXPERIENCE!!! I will never use this Ford again becuase of this. More

Over the last month I have met with salespersons at a number of dealerships. Some I will never return to again. This was my first time at Walker Ford and I believe it won’t be my last. From my first ov number of dealerships. Some I will never return to again. This was my first time at Walker Ford and I believe it won’t be my last. From my first overnight internet inquiry, which had a response within an hour of them opening the next morning. A good rapport was established with the sales person and an appointment was setup to view a vehicle. We were made to feel welcome by everyone we met. Expectations were set on both sides. They took the time to give explanations to all my questions, even those that were just for background information. They worked with me to reach an affordable payment within my budget. I will certainly give Walker Ford first option next time I need a vehicle. Thanks to all for a smooth transaction. In my opinion, Walker Ford also has one of the best web sites for functionality.
