Tony Naim at Crown Nissan

I wasn't really in need of a new truck, but I was feeling like it might be time for a new one anyway and mentioned it to Chris Lane in the service department while picking my tuck up from a service job. Desmond Penner, Kylie Loehndorf and Steve Taylor were great and worked out a deal that I was very happy with to trade my 2011 Titan SL in on a 2013 Titan Pro 4X. An hour later they had a new truck on order for me and we had a deal. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and great to deal with! They definitely strive to make sure customers walk away satisfied!

I have driven nothing but Nissan for the past 12 years, and a major reason for that is the way their sales and service personnel make sure that customer satisfaction is #1. After moving to Winnipeg last spring and dealing with Russ Johnson, Chris Lane in the service department it was obvious Crown Nissan was going to give me the same experience as I had at my previous Nissan dealer. When it came time to buy a new truck, I felt that there was no need to shop around. I was given a great deal that I was happy with and treated like an important customer. They gave me the confidence that I made the right choice in dealing with them and make me feel like there is no need to shop around. They will treat you right!!

I would recommend anyone looking to buy a car goes to see either Kylie Loehndorf or Desmond Penner to help them out! As long as I am in Winnipeg I will be a loyal customer of Crown Nissan.

For purchasing my first new car, Crown Nissan made it very easy! Thomas was great with answering any questions I had with the car and Steve helped out whenever was needed. Had an excellent buying experience with Crown Nissan. Steve and Tony were great at explaining the trading and buying process. They were both very informative and helpful. I was able to receive a great price for my trade-in. Because of the trade in value and great staff at Crown, I was happy to provide them with my buisness.

Good approach to the sales process throughout. I felt comfortable with the individuals involved. the business office was excellent in explaining options. pricing was fair, and delivery fast and excellent.

I had a very bad experience because I felt I was misled in a letter which turned out to be a "bait and switch" marketing tactic by Nissan (not the dealership). I wrote a letter to the General manger describing why I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my experience. He arranged for an appointment for me where he addressed my concerns and explained how this unpleasant experience came to pass. I have been a customer at Crown Nissan for over 5 years and have been extremely impressed with the staff, quality of service and their efforts to go out of the way to provide excellent service in the past. That is why I was so disappointed with the unscrupulous and misleading tactics which led to my coming in to purchase/lease (it turned out to be lease) a new vehicle. While being somewhat transparent in indicating it was not the dealership but rather Nissan that had initiated the campaign, I still felt the people I met with were genuinely interested in addressing my concerns and did offer some significant service credits to make things right. So, yes, I would recommend Crown Nissan to others, but I would certainly caution them about any "special opportunities" which were being offered. I genuinely felt that Crown Nissan management was not in favor of the tactics used by Nissan marketing, but nevertheless, (and perhaps they had no choice)they were participants in what I view to be the "bait and switch" deception.

Nissan Maxima SV-2012

We had a great experience at Crown Nissan when we purchased our car recently. All of the staff whom we encountered right from our first phone call to the point of sale had rendered us an exceptional service.The Sales Consultant Thomas Barton was friendly and knowledgeable, answered multiple questions we had and made it easy for us to arrive at our decision.We felt very comfortable right from the beginning to the end.Also our appreciation goes to the Sales Manager Steve Taylor and the Business Manager Tony Naim in their valuable advice in our purchase.
