Dorian flagged us down as we cruised around the parking lot and gave us his card since we didn't have time to talk. We arranged a meeting and he showed us every car on the lot and answered all of our questions. He was patient, knowledgeable and thorough. Tommy and the rest of the sales staff worked to meet our price point, obviously the best part of the experience. My only frustration lies in the military appreciation program being clear regarding eligibility. It seems as though the team wasn't quite sure what were the qualifying criteria and I would have liked to have had it understood before we made a deal.
