Very clean and nicely decorated facility. .. its a place where buying a car is a pleasure... the sales folks are just inquisitive enough to be helpful but not "car salespeople...." I have visited several times over the years and especially during Christmas to say hi to Ralph... Ralph does the little things that make you remember him and it really is appreciated---getting an email around my birthday saying "Happy Birthday" etc... is just a little thing that makes you want to do business with him and Gates.
