This was our first time at A Gates Facility. From the moment we drove in we were very impressed. The Grounds are immaculate, the personnel were all friendly, welcomed us like old friends. Tomas was truly interested in us and and matched us to the Nissan that fit our needs. The facility inside was spotless even at 7:00 PM. at night. All the personnel were neat and polished. We have not been to a facility like this before. This was a great experience. Every one bent over backwards to put a deal together and make this car buying experience as pleasant as possible. Some did not even return phone calls, I was ready to buy used instead of buying new, only because with used you have to settle for whats out there. When I called your dealership I spoke with Thomas Gates and he was very helpful and honest and was also willing to negotiate a fair price with out having to make sacrifices on the truck quality and options. Very nice guy! I also appreciated the owner introducing himself and all of the people who came up to me because I wore a Patriots Jacket who wanted to talk about the Team! I TOLD THEM IT WAS GOING TO BE A BLOW OUT against DENVER :) The Finance manager was also very nice I believe his name was Nick, walked us through all of the forms and was very quick.
