What a total waste of time Talking about a dealership without honor or integrity . I say this because I've bought too many cars and dealt with too many dealers and it's hard to surprise me. We went ther without honor or integrity . I say this because I've bought too many cars and dealt with too many dealers and it's hard to surprise me. We went there twice which is an hour and a half drive each way then We wanted a car after several weeks of negotiating. We finally agreed on price of their car and trade-in was pretty much all set from the start. They just needed to look at the car in person for the second time. At second trip we were in a hurry cause we had an appointment so we stopped by. They looked at the car. They said they'll call us back in just a few after they research it a little bit more That never happened. We got a text message 5 days later that somebody came and bought the car right after we left. I asked why didn't you let us know ?and their reply was because the party didn't pick it up till 5 days later. That was the answer. So I went back and forth and it's upon layers of lies driven by well The usual greed run by a kid with a smirk probably owners, relative or son as a GM.lol They knew I was working with another place and even bigger discount than they're offering but involved a few hour drive which I backed out of in the name of this one. They don't deserve fancy buildings and fake fancy atmosphere paid by deception and milking a customer then laughing about it somewhere in a meeting and calling it a good business practice Their apology was fake, not genuine as this is their practice of doing things. If they went back in time they would still do it the same way. They've done it before and they'll do it again. I'm sure they'll come up with some nonsense reply to this that if they do I will will do P.S. underneath this More

This is our second vehicle we have bought at Gates GMC/Nissan. Our salesman was Martin both times. Martin makes the whole experience easy for us. Martin is very professional, and makes everything with GMC/Nissan. Our salesman was Martin both times. Martin makes the whole experience easy for us. I just purchased my 5th or 6th car from Gates. They have always been wonderful. In January I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek addition. My seatbelt warning light went on in Septem They have always been wonderful. In January I purchased a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder Rock Creek addition. My seatbelt warning light went on in September. I was the only one in the car. I called the dealership and spoke with Mr Rideout and he was extremely rude. I explained what was going on with the car and he said that the seatbelt light would go on even if there was a cell phone sitting on the seat, which seems dangerous in itself. He told me to go home and click all the seatbelts and shut the car off and turn it back on, to reset the error. and it would be fine He was uninterested in my concerns. I went home and clicked all the seatbelts and the light didn’t go off, so I called back told him I did what he asked and that I needed to make an appointment since the light was still on and asked if They had a rental I could borrow. In my Spam folder were a few messages from Nissan connect letting me know there was a problem with the seatbelt which could affect the airbags and was dangerous to drive. He was annoyed and said no there wasn’t a car I could use then he realized it was a brand new car that I have had for eight months so he said since it was still under warranty that I could use the rental and that I will need to make sure I have my license my insurance card and a credit card for anything that might be wrong with my car because it probably was a mouse that chewed a wire which I knew that did not happen. it was almost like he was aggravated that I bothered him with such nonsense. I took his mansplaining no problem, but I don’t understand why there was such an attitude when it was a safety issue and not something I was complaining about. I would not like to deal with him ever again maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he’s just that way as a person. Customer service is part of your job maybe some retraining would be helpful so that he can better serve the dealerships customers. Maybe he should stay behind the scenes and let the team in the front do what they do best awesome customer service. More

I can’t tell you how thankful I am that I had Martin to help me in my journey of purchasing a new vehicle. He made sure I test drove cars explained everything in detail and wanted to make sure I was purcha help me in my journey of purchasing a new vehicle. In the future I will 100% be coming back and requesting him for any purchases. They went above and beyond for me.
