lies,lies, lies I have 2 leases from Pacifico 2015 Edge, 2015 Fiesta, the fiesta has been nothing but problems from day 1, I contacted there service dept many times, I have 2 leases from Pacifico 2015 Edge, 2015 Fiesta, the fiesta has been nothing but problems from day 1, I contacted there service dept many times, in fact the service department there needs people skills bad. I took car in for servicing last week took time off from work, told him car sometimes after going 35 miles an hour, seems to just start decelerating, and when you hit the gas at a stop sign bucks. The service tech who was nasty said to me "this car is great" the next day Mr. Flynn apologized to me about the car sounds like a great car to me Lie#1..I go to dealership yesterday the 14th meet Mr. Flynn again tell him about our phone call on the 10th, he seemed like he had no idea what I was speaking about, he passes me along to Shadi, who shows me a few cars while he looks at my edge, I get a price from mike at 420, then Shadi says 580 the best they can do because car has damage to it, most of it is alloy wheel covers that are dent, says car is worth 22,000 according to blue book incorrect its worth 25,000 lie #2 ..could have gone to another dealership last time and got a better deal, but I was under the assumption pacifico cared THEY DON'T . lie #3 will do this will make copy of this letter and if anyone asked me about car dealerships will give them this letter More

General Mnager cares about customer needs. I bought an used car from them. General Manager was active with the needs I had to get my car. I needed a ride to pick the Car, Larry arranged a drive I bought an used car from them. General Manager was active with the needs I had to get my car. I needed a ride to pick the Car, Larry arranged a driver for me. Larry was supposed to get the scratches removed from the front bumper. That job was completed nicely as he promised. I had some issues with the financial department, Tom Flynn promptly handled this issue. The team players, Carlos, Larry and Tom, were great in their services. I would give them 5 stars because my situations were not plain vanilla, but they overcome all difficulties for me. More

We all know that new cars "lose thousands" when you drive them off the lot but i got a great deal and will be using the car for the next decade, so initial depreciation doesn't bug me! T salesperson, Chris Watson, was great. I spent the final hours of 2015 with him and he never showed signs of duress or anxiety despite my myriad questions. I felt that he really cared that I be happy with MY decision and I would recommend that friends and colleagues see him. More

Worked with Des Bryant who is great at what he does and told me everything that I needed to know (good and bad) and I appreciated that. Chad told me that they would take care of me and they did and for that I'm thankful. Excellent Experience Everyone from the gentleman who held the door open when I entered the showroom until I drove away with my new car couldn't have been any more accommod Everyone from the gentleman who held the door open when I entered the showroom until I drove away with my new car couldn't have been any more accommodating. Shadi was able to find the car I wanted within minutes. Even though the car turned out to be unavailable, he was able to find a car with all the features and then some and have it there the very next day for me. Carl spent time with me to work on paperwork, test drive and how to use my new car's features all while being the perfect gentleman. He was very considerate and nice to deal with at a very stressful time. Gina spent time explaining everything to me and going over all the warranties available to me and giving me paperwork to look over so I can make a decision on what I would like to do. And of course, Tom Flynn for making this all happen for me. I am one very happy customer with a wonderful new car....Thanks to the Pacifico Team! More
