I have recently joined the Smythe Volvo team with a strong background in customer service. What I enjoy most about my work is the upbeat energetic environment and the ability to diligently maintain customer satisfaction. Working with experienced, motivated management with high standards and expectations is refreshing in the automobile industry. I see myself behind the wheel of the Volvo S60 T5. The sporty styling is most appealing and as with all Volvo models, it boasts strong safety standards. Outside of the work environment I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, eating right and working out at the gym daily. I also love the beach, kayaking and spending as much time with my two boys as possible.

He happened to be in the showroom when I arrived and like a knight in shining armor he swooped in and explained all the question I had on the operation and fabulous features of my new Volvo. Tina and Doug were both great. When I first called, Tina made sure my issue was addressed as immediately as possible, and called me back with a repair appointment within minutes. Doug was courteous and considerate to get my car serviced promptly...I had minimal wait. The repair was excellent... don't see how it could have been better. GREAT service all the way around. The service department at Smythe Volvo continues to be extremely helpful with both of my Volvos. Service is second to none and I find them to be competitively priced.
