I've never been to this dealership but it was close to my work. My 2018, S60 developed a leak under the radiator and I brought it in there because it is still under warranty. They took me in early, drove me to work, kept me posted about the diagnosis and progress of the repairs and then picked me up and brought me back to get my car. Michael Watson and the team were wonderful; friendly, courteous and professional. The work was done including a safety recall that I had forgotten about and the car was even washed! A great dealership and when I'm ready for another Volvo, I'm definitely checking them out. Kudos to everyone at Smythe. More
