"Today, I went for an oil change at Nav Bhatia’s Streetsville Hyundai dealership. Unfortunately, they didn’t explain the service package in detail, including the items covered. When it came time to pay, I inquired about the additional charge for washer fluid. The attendant simply stated, 'It's included in the package.' I further asked why I was being charged if the fluid wasn't even filled up. He responded with a curt tone, 'It's still part of the package.' Due to this experience and the abrupt manner of communication, I have decided not to return to this location for service." More

Every step of the way was very supportive and explanatory. Basil helped me by helping me put a deposit on my car. Basil and Leslie worked together to explain and help me through the financing process and get my first car. Even during the pick up process Basil helped explain some key features of the car because I did not do a test drive, and explained the services their service department offered. They were AWESOME and so helpful, I’ll definitely be recommending them to my friends and family. More
WOW! ! What can I say about the service. If I can give it lower than a 1 Star rating I would!! First thing, if you are having an OIL CONSUMPTION issue ! What can I say about the service. If I can give it lower than a 1 Star rating I would!! First thing, if you are having an OIL CONSUMPTION issue with your Santa Fe, DO NOT take it to this service center. Thy will milk you for all your money, and not fix the issue. No wonder Nav Bhatia can afford those season tickets to the RAPTORS!! They are aware of the MAJOR issue with the bearing that causes this oil consumption, and WILL NOT service your car until you spend thousands to do the testing, and then when submitted to Hyundai Canada, uses them as an excuse to say that your claim is denied, and you must pay additional money to have your engine opened up to find the same issue (bearing) that was already the reason. BAD SERVICE for service department, charge extra money when I get back the vehicle, I got the customer copy from May 6, 2023. But, on that time, I didn't get back the vehicle, I take back my vehicle on Monday May 8, 2023, They charge me another $60 more without notice,. When I go back home to compare the price, I just know it, CHEATIN'G, I won't go back this dealer again. Tell all the customer, Check all the price before you pay. I feel disappoint on what they cheating on their customer. Streetsville Hyundai, I won't go back for them again. More
