Found a really nice used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee online contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon. He was fabulous, I do lots of research so Arthur didn’t have to do much to sell me contacted them through the internet was assigned to Arthur Gordon. Mercedes of Shrewsbury gave me the best price and I drove an hour and went to this place after they gave me a good price and a fair trade in value for my BMW. I had a great experience! This place was excellent! My salesman Mike Lemming was GREAT! He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly. Absolutely no pressure and very patient. He communicated with me throughout and worked very hard until everything was finished. Paul, a business manager, was good, too! I usually hate seeing business managers because they often have other interests but he was different. He was a ‘normal’ person. Tim, a sales manager, was excellent! He gave me a fair trade-in value for my car and we talked about family, etc. Overall, it was one of the best experiences I ever had in buying a car!!! More

Our salesperson, Jamie Rodriguez, was friendly, open and put us completely at ease. We were cash buyers, so there wasn't much to put together regarding paperwork but there was a delay in moving that part of the purchase forward. As we waited, Jamie pulled a new Mercedes we were looking at up to the front, put a plate on it and sent us for a test ride. In the interim, I suspect the team was working diligently to ensure everything was ready upon our return, which it was. Upon our return, the paperwork was all ready to go and the deal was completed without any further delays. The car was delivered to our home over 60 miles away. a couple of days later. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
