Smythe has some of the most relaxed people I’ve ever worked with in a car transaction, and I’ve done many of them over my 55 years of age. Steve is honest, transparent and direct about what can be done worked with in a car transaction, and I’ve done many of them over my 55 years of age. Steve is honest, transparent and direct about what can be done. We spent as much time talking about our family as we did about a Volvo. Smythe is not a pressure cooker environment, where the Manager walks out of the back room and tries to close the deal. We actually looked at a car on our way home, and we did not purchase that day, but came back a week later without any pressure in between. We wanted to purchase from Smythe. I will refer anyone interested in Volvo to Steve. Similarly, Abood and Don were equally honest, transparent and devoid of the pressure that I’m so used to at other dealers. They give you the options and you take what you need and you say no to what you don’t and they move on. Finally, if you want to learn everything about what your new Volvo can do ask for Don. My wife and I are both very happy and satisfied customers! More
