This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Pacifico and one of the reasons I keep returning to this dealer is because of the great service department (both Fast Lane and the regular service). Although I usually use Fast Lane for basic service, this visit was a little more complicated. Bob Rauh called to let me know the progress of the repair and answered all my questions in language that I could understand. More
