They have never faltered in the professionalism towards me. While I love my friends in Pacifico's regular service, Andres Moore and Bob Rauh--and this is no slight to them--sometimes getting an appointment is a little difficult. I will attribute that to my schedule. I was happy to find the Quick Lane does not require an appointment. And it does not take a huge chunk out of my day. As with all Pacifico's service reps, I never feel taken advantage of and I never feel pressured. The salespeople... Well that's a different thing. More

Parts dept. are good and prices reasonable, however I've had various services done and found labor cost very HIGH... Otherwise thanks Gary Holmes for great deals and getting it done!!!!!!!! More

fast,quick service Came in on a Saturday morning for annual inspection expected to be there for a couple hours because it was a holiday weekend but was pleasantly surpri Came in on a Saturday morning for annual inspection expected to be there for a couple hours because it was a holiday weekend but was pleasantly surprised to be on my way in just over an hour. I would also like to mention that the service manger ( I believe his name was Steve) working on this date did a terrific job handling a situation with a very rude, disruptive customer as well. He tried to cut in front of a few customers but the service manager would not allow him to do so. Being a manger of a local business I know that these types of situation arise on occasion and I would just like you to know that this gentleman handled the situation with perfection.. More
