I called Pacifico ford for an inspection and weird noise my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention m my truck was making at start up, Steve Dalterio got right to the bottom of the issue and kept me informed along the way with updates not to mention made sure there was a car waiting for me at the dealer as to my truck was gonna take a few days to complete. The team at Pacifico made what I thought was gonnna be a headache as painless as possible not to mention made sure my truck was in tip top shape before releasing it back to me. I deal with Pacifico for warranty issues and the service is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. The only reason I send vehicles here is horrible. Good luck getting Quick Lane to even answer their phone. Turnaround times on repairs is ridiculous. The only reason I send vehicles here is because they're close. I feel bad for the service manager at Quick Lane. He appears to be short staffed and overwhelmed but from a customer's point of view, I still expect to receive timely service. More
