Can’t thank Brian enough for how much he helped me through the car buying process. I came in and sat with him trying to figure out what I wanted. He went over everything I wanted and helped me narrow through the car buying process. I came in and sat with him trying to figure out what I wanted. He went over everything I wanted and helped me narrow down the car that fit me and my budget. He kept in touch with me through the time of waiting for the car to arrive. He was able to get it quicker than expected gave me a call and told me it was available for pickup. He added the vehicle to my insurance before I got there so I didn’t have to deal with the hassle insurance companies come with. The car was sitting outside with a big red bow on it. It was beautiful freshly clean ready to go. We sat down to do the paperwork with Dan and he was quick and didn’t make the process long at all. I signed everything Brian went out to the car with me and connected my phone went through the whole car with me and connected me to my connected services so I can use my remote start from my phone. Overall I can’t thank Brian, Dan, and Rocco enough for the work they did to get me into this brand new amazing vehicle. Thank you Toyota of Wallingford! More
