Sunroof issue and recall The staff in the Walker Ford service department are always very helpful and courteous. I had to bring my F150 in for a recall and a problem with the The staff in the Walker Ford service department are always very helpful and courteous. I had to bring my F150 in for a recall and a problem with the sunroof. They had my car done in a day, which was a great surprise! Steve McHenry made sure that I would have a ride home and then back to the dealership, which was very helpful! When I dropped the truck off, we talked about my availability the next few days (I work at home) to be able to pick up the truck and he ensured they were able to work within those timelines for my ride. More

I brought the vehicle in for a recall. I brought the vehicle in for a recall and there actually were 2 recalls. I also had the oil changed and the 15,000 mile check up.
