Long Subaru was great to work with to purchase a new car. No pressure, which was really great! They gave me a fair trade in amount as well. A big shout out to Carrille Dionne! She was extremely knowledgeable on the Subaru model lineup. She walked through the new Crosstrek we wanted to purchase, and went through everything on the car that was new and wasn’t in the Crosstrek I was trading into the dealership. Recently bought my second Subaru from Long Subaru and it is always a wonderful experience. After 7 years with my Forester and now being a family of 4 we upgraded to the Ascent and we absolutely love it. Fro is always a wonderful experience. After 7 years with my Forester and now being a family of 4 we upgraded to the Ascent and we absolutely love it. From test driving to buying, to service our family has always been very happy with Long. In fact most people who worked there when I bought my first Subaru 7 years ago are still there today! Dan was fantastic, no pressure, reasonable, and very easy going. Great guy to work. I looked at several other dealerships while deciding which new car to buy and Long beats all the rest. We look forward to going back to Long Subaru for all of our car needs ! More

The most pleasant car-buying experience ever! I began researching the Subaru Forester and the Crosstrek several months before I intended to purchase a new vehicle. So there were many emails between myself and Lisa Courchaine, Sales & Leasing Consultant at Long Subaru before I actually made an appointment to sit down and talk with Lisa face to face. She was very patient and low pressure both in her emails as well as when we met at Long Subaru in Webster, MA. I knew what my trade-in was worth and Long did not disappoint in their ultimate offer. I also knew what the fair value of the Subaru Forester Premium (with the options I wanted) was. So it was the most painless vehicle purchase experience I've ever had (and I've owned my own vehicles since 1963)! I highly recommend Long Subaru. I trust my experience with Long's Service Department will be an equally great experience. More
