I made an online inquiry and Sohail responded within minutes. After a few back and forth emails, including his sharing the full "out the door" cost, I scheduled a test drive the following morning. Sohail greeted me when I entered the dealership, had the car gassed and ready to go, and was knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. I took the car for a quick test drive and confirmed my interest in it later that day at the listed "internet price" After confirming the sale, I sent Sohail a few documents that resulted in a very quick and efficient visit to the dealership the following day. The Jetta had been washed, vacuumed and was ready to go. In sum, in less than 48 hours, I had found a car to test drive, driven it, been given what I thought was a fair price to purchase, and was out the door with the keys in my hand. Quick and painless - thank you Morris! I’ve always found buying a car to be a painful process. The dealer isn’t always transparent, often keeps you waiting, and if/when you do purchase a ca I’ve always found buying a car to be a painful process. The dealer isn’t always transparent, often keeps you waiting, and if/when you do purchase a car, they try to add every extra warranty and option so the price is considerably higher. Not so at Hamilton VW. When I went into Hamilton VW, I met Morris, who gave me a great price on a 2017 Golf for my daughter upfront, and answered all my questions. I didn’t buy the car right away, and Morris appropriately followed up, and did not harass me (take note other dealers). I did my research, test drove the car a couple of times and was ready to buy the car. Hamilton VW was fair on price and once agreed, I was out of there in less than an hour and without all the useless add ons. If you want a VW, and a pleasant, straight-forward process, I recommend contacting Morris at Hamilton VW. More
