Fantastic Customer Service Sohail helped us go through the car buying process quickly and efficiently. We finished buying the car late so it wasn't detailed 100% when we took it Sohail helped us go through the car buying process quickly and efficiently. We finished buying the car late so it wasn't detailed 100% when we took it home. After one e-mail, Sohail told me to bring the car in and took it over to get detailed completely (Which only took about 20-30min). Overall the customer service from Sohail, and anyone we talked to at Hamilton VW, was superb. I will be sure to recommend you guys to anyone I know who is out there looking to buy a new car. More

Damaged new car I test drove a blue Tiguan but decided I liked the green that I saw online better, so I purchased the green 2019 Tiguan, when I arrived the car was al I test drove a blue Tiguan but decided I liked the green that I saw online better, so I purchased the green 2019 Tiguan, when I arrived the car was already getting detailed. When I came to pick up the car a few hours later I saw the side was scratched. I was not aware of the damage before signing and no one informed me of it. Morris said paint would be ordered to correct the scratch and the pieces under the door and over the wheel would be replaced. I wish I knew about this before I bought the car, because I wouldn’t have bought the car with the damage. A few weeks later, I brought my car in to be repaired and picked it up a few days later. As soon as I looked at it I was extremely disappointed. The scratch is still clearly visible. Had I known even after getting “fixed” the damaged would still be apparent, I would’ve never bought the car. I feel taken advantage of. I bought a new car because I wanted one in perfect condition, and I definitely didn’t get that. The damage could’ve been at least reflected in the price- which it wasn’t- but even then I would’ve wanted a car that hadn’t been damaged during transport. More
