When I walk into the dealership I got greeted immediately and within 10 minutes I had picked a vehicle that suited me with the help of mike. When I walk through the door Leo greeted me right away when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit when I told him how bad my credit was he didn't say we wouldn't be able to help me he said we will find a car for you it didn't matter that my credit was bad he treated it like it was great. After Leo did his part he took me to meet with Sohail who worked my finance part they were looking for me to put down $1500 I told him I have no money and I was not going to borrow from anyone then he called the bank due to the car having over 62,000 miles the most years I could get for a loan is 48months I told him I can't pay $388/mo and I thanked him for everything he did to try to help me but it didn't stop there they were determined to help me get a car then Gloria called me and explained the lowest payment she can give me is $339/mo and I would have to pay biweekly and she also explained on how to rebuild my credit I was grateful for what the all did. Jeff worked so that a loan could be established. I was very happy because with my bad credit I was able to get a loan in my name without a co-signer now I can rebuild my credit thanks to these four individuals. Thank You, Terra More

We took it for a test drive, as i was already familiar with toyotas but he enlightened me on some of the features. Payment was my main concern and the prices were reasonable for a great car in the condition. He was friendly willing to work with any concerns i had. Paul helped us with all the paperwork. He made everything clear and strait forward. Sohail worked very hard on what i had been concerned with which was the payments. So thank you! Gloria also helped with the explanation of the payments and helped me understand some other important questions. It was my first BIG purchase, but honestly working in the area i should have considered coming sooner to search for a car. I was out looking for a car with a preapproved capital one loan. The criteria that they put on made it very diifcult to find a vehicle. I told them what I had and was told tehy had a few cars that had recently come in on trade. I came back later and found that waht they had gotten in wouldnt fit either. I sat and talked to Frank a bit and he gained my trust so I let him run a credit app even though I thought due to my lasst couple of years of problems I would never get anything. Was I suprised when He got Gloria to come and finalize my info for a purchase. THis was Tuesday evening. Wednesday afternoon I was told to come pick up my new car.
