Born and raised in Hawaii, I have been in this industry since 1994. I have sold many types of vehicles including Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, Eagle, Mazda and Nissan. Moved to Florida in 2002, and have been with Ford since March of 2014. I love meeting new people and I really enjoy what I do! My experience with this dealership was an A+. While Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasio Brian Hall was the salesman of my transaction, Shawna Hargett stepped up to the plate 100% when Mr. Hall was not available. On more than two occasions, she went above and beyond going over the operation of the various features of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. She was very friendly and was extremely helpful. I had to bring the vehicle back twice and was given a loaner. Lastly, upon pickup of my vehicle, I was unsatisfied with detail work on it. I returned the vehicle and Jeff will get FIVE stars from me on the detail work he did on my vehicle. Needless to say, I am more than satisfied with Walker Ford and will return when I need a different vehicle. I love the one I purchased! More
