Without being overbearing, they let me know that they were there to help in any way possible - and personally called to help me with my appointment. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, we saw that the cars were in excellent shape and Paul Leary was a delight to work with. He did everything to make us feel comfortable and took the time to walk us through the details of the car we were reviewing. He was quick to pick up on our previous Volvo experience and realized he could focus on certain details without necessary trying to "sell" us a car we already knew we wanted. The finance team, including Shaun Hayes, was also extremely supportive and informative. They answered all of our questions patiently and made sure we understand all of the details of the sale. All around - just an extremely pleasant car buying experience! More

Amazing experience, from start to driving home. I can tell you, without hesitation, this was by far the best car shopping experience I have had. Throughout my car shopping journey, Kyle really to I can tell you, without hesitation, this was by far the best car shopping experience I have had. Throughout my car shopping journey, Kyle really took the time to understand and work with me on what I was looking for, needs I had (multiple kids, dog), and options to consider. Overall, Kyle is a genuine person, someone you can relate to during the process, which ultimately led us to buying from Smythe. But not just Kyle, everyone we met and worked with at the dealership was great, with a 'family-oriented' approach to all conversations. When we came back to get through paperwork, Kyle and Shaun had everything ready to go, no extensive back and forth over "extra stuff", making it extremely seamless. Even with a 2-year old in tow, we were in, signed and driving in less than 30 mins. This is not your typical car dealership, it is so much better. Smythe Volvo delivered to my family something we have never had before... a relaxed, comfortable and confident buying experience. To say I am a researcher is an understatement - the internet made it obvious that Smythe has a history of happy clients and the XC60 checked all of our boxes. We were incredibly lucky to walk in on a “slow” Saturday morning and be paired with Bob Cerza. After reviewing every used car that met our needs in inventory, Bob ran the numbers and then also positioned the idea of a lease. It was a low-pressure suggestion based on numbers we provided for our personal goals. As much as I resisted, it made sense for us financially and I attribute this to Bob’s experience with clients in our similar position (early thirties, new home owners with plans for a family soon). The XC60 line-up he showed us had an incredible amount of features - safety, performance and convenience all checked. Bob demonstrated incredible listening skills and then introduced us to Shaun, who plainly outlined the positive/negative between the lease and used-purchase options we were considering. I really appreciated Bob showing us the details on what we had in mind in addition to what he advised - that is a true skill and personality trait as a salesman. In the end, I feel Bob and Shaun aided us in making the best decision on our purchase and assisted with giving us the best value for our investment. And they made us feel like a member of the family by introducing us to both management and the service team at the dealership. Bob even spent time with me to walk through the major features of our vehicle on pick-up day. Leasing through Smythe Volvo was an A+ experience and Bob was an incredible guide along the journey. The volvo XC60 has got that refined version of turbo engine, incredibly smooth transmission and handling. Quite impressed and keeping this a part. I lived in jersey for 3 yrs and i give a lot of importance to good business & their reputation. Smythe volvo, One among those best car dealers. I experienced immense professionalism on the part of the folks I worked with at Smythe Vovlo. Bob and Shaun were very understanding of what I could afford and worked diligently and patiently to get me the best financing because after many years of no car payment, I am not back to a car payment! Bob sat with me in the car for a length of time to review all features so I would know how to use everything for safe driving. The blue tooth phone is a new one for me so we played with it for quite awhile until I go the hang of it. SO HAPPY to have a CD player in the car!!!! Thanks to everyone who helped to make this process seamless and a happy experience. I will be recommending them to all I know who are in need of a new or used car. More
