The nicest, most professional experience I have ever had buying a car, starting with my online correspondence with Philip Drogon, whose prompt and detailed responses convinced me that the car I wanted would be worth the drive. Wonderful sales associate Bob Cerza was waiting for me when I arrived, with almost all of the paperwork already completed. And finally many thanks to Kevin Bergeron and Shaun Hayes in Finance, who were incredibly helpful with the warranties and all things financial. My car was exactly what I wanted at a great price. When i reached Smythes Volvlo they had a 2006 Z4 that was exactly what I wanted. It was clean with low mileage just as described online. The sales representative, Bob Cerza, was honest an straightforward in dealing with my purchase of the Z4. I had some questions and concerns that were addressed when Bob called in Rob, the the used car manager. Everyone i encounted at Smythes was friendly and helpful. Their job is to sell cars and they do it right!! Additionally, i was having trouble getting a ride to the dealer for pickup and they sent someone to pick me up, 36 miles away. . More

Most of our 11 Volvo's were purchased/Leased from Gabe Levy while he was at other Dealerships. We trust Gabe and consider him a personal friend. When it came time to turn in our 2017 XC90 Inscription, we decided to pay Gabe a visit at Smythe Volvo. We ended up having the best Dealer experience to date! Gabe was great in working up the deal and locating the right car for us at another dealer. He was good enough to send a driver a few days later to pick the car up! Matt Quelch and Gabe welcomed me on pickup day at 9;00am sharp. They were both very patient and calm during my inspection process (I’m type A!) Thanks to Matt for helping me configure the vehicle and explaining every single feature and nuance the R Design has versus the Inscription model. Andreas, the detailer, was also available. I was very impressed with the quality of the prep. Andreas explained my car was clay bared and waxed! The finish is simply beautiful. My car looked so good, I asked Matt if they could install mud flaps and they did right away! Gabe also took me on a tour of the facility including the Service area where I met, Dennis, the Manager. Very clean and organized garage! Thanks to Shaun Hayes for making the Finance side painless and fun. Low pressure, no hassle. I can tell this is a family run business by people who care. This is an hour and 40 minute drive but we plan on coming back for service and also detail tune ups. Thanks to everyone at Smythe for making us feel great! More
