I live in the Hudson Valley and traveled down to Smythe. when I arrived the sales manager, Phil was ready for me and had assigned a sales rep to me. The car had been prepped and ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Kyle Jackson was my amazing rep. I spent over 5 hours at the dealership. they helped me get my insurance set up, worked with Hudson Valley FCU to get my loan set up, drove me to the sister credit union to get the certified check, and then walked me through all the paperwork. They helped me return my rental car, and I was on my way home with my new to me car. All that effort for a 2016 vehicle.Great professionals, cannot recommend them more highly. plus the lounge is super comfy with generous types of snacks around. Fantastic experience! More

First, let me explain that I have never owned a Volvo (now I will ONLY own Volvos) and wasn't really interested in test driving one. My husband insisted that I try one, so I reluctantly agreed. Matt was very understanding and encouraged me to test drive my first choice, the XC40, which I loved. While I loved it, it was in high demand and I needed something quickly. Matt suggested the V60 CrossCountry. It was perfect! Matt and his team (Shaun Hayes you are AWESOME) worked very late, past closing, to get me out of my rental and into my first Volvo. My exceptional experience with Matt has got me thinking of adding another Volvo in the future. Matt, thank you for turning a painful situation into a lovely experience. Steve helped us, he was thorough and knowledgeable and we went home with exactly what I wanted. Just as we were leaving we noticed a small problem with the windshield which we hadn’t noticed before.
