This was my first vehicle purchase from South Oak Dodge and was pleasantly suprised by the no pressure, knowlegeable, friendly and courteous manner in which my wife and I were treated by Mr. Marvin Richardson. He patiently answered all our questions, worked with us to achieve our satisfaction with the purchase of our new car and was extremely helpful afterward with suggestions and setting up the media/electronic programming. My purchase of a new Dodge Durango RT was very pleasurable. Your dealership had a version of the car that was not available at other dealers because South Oak Dodge changed the Hood to make it loo pleasurable. I wrecked my old car and needed a new one fast. Shanon set me up with Rene. He was very patient and helpful and understood my needs. He took the time to go over the features with me and even got me a lowe set me up with Rene. He was very patient and helpful and understood my needs. He took the time to go over the features with me and even got me a lower interest rate than I came in with. To me this was going the extra mile. The free oil changes I got from the dealer are a definite plus. The only problem I had was the long wait getting my vehicle washed and ready to take home but this was a very minor inconvenience. I would recommend this dealer to anyone buying a Chrysler product. More

If you need to purchase a New or Used Car, there is only ONE Place to go, and that is South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I just purchased my 3rd car, a 2014 Dodge Avenger SE from Rene Levy and Shannon Guest. In ONE Place to go, and that is South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I just purchased my 3rd car, a 2014 Dodge Avenger SE from Rene Levy and Shannon Guest. In fact, all 3 of the cars that both my father and I purchased from South Oak in the last 13 months have been from Rene Levy and Shannon Guest. In fact, I will not purchase another car from anyone else but them due to the way that I have been treated by this dealership. Now, a bit about myself - I live over (1) Hour away from this dealership, and from my condo in Oak Brook to Matteson, Illinois it is a fair guess to say that I will pass about 6-12 New Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealers, and countless other new and used car dealerships that would love to sell a car. But, only from these (2) fine individuals have I ever received such respect and dignity, as well as such confidence in what they are telling me is the truth, that they they can rest assured that they will get all my future business in years to come. Let me explain why I needed to buy my 3rd car in 13 Months. I purchased a wonderful used 2011 Jeep Patriot Sport from them about 13 months ago that was recently totaled in an accident on Jan 6th. I needed to replace my Jeep with another new or used car, and since my insurance company only paid for a portion of the loan on my Jeep, I needed to roll in the remaining balance of the loan on this new purchase this new car, AND with no money down since I wasn't planning on buying a car at this time, so I had no extra funds saved up. I e-mailed Rene and told him of my dilemma, All that I asked for was that whatever he picks out for me has to have (2) things - An Automatic Transmission and my monthly payment could not be any more than the payment I was currently making on my Jeep. Pretty tall order huh? I would fathom to guess that if I did tell that to any of those other dealers that I passed that they would have laughed at me for trying to have this accomplished. But not Rene or Shannon! Within 24 hours of my e-mail, Rene had a new car picked out for me, as well as a plan put together to take care of all my needs. I drove down with my Dad, and we Rene had the car all ready waiting for me, we took a quick test drive just to make sure I liked the car, and pointed out that there are other colors I could choose from if I didn't like the color he selected (Which I did like), and within 2 hours I was on the road back, driving back home with my New Dodge Avenger, and could not have been more relaxed, and at ease with the entire process. You know how some dealers will tell you anything over the phone or by e-mail to get you to just come in and then suddenly they either forgot what they said, or said they where wrong, or tell you a dozen other stories once you arrive. Not Rene or Shannon, they have never done that with me. I left South Oak on Saturday Jan 11th, with a Brand New Car, my Jeep all paid off, and my Payments did not go up one single cent, AND did it all without one dollar coming out of my pocket. Once again, Rene and Shannon did what other dealers would say is impossible, and for that they can rest assured that they have a customer for life. More

I loved how you are treated like family! I will tell everyone we know to go there. We were part of probably the growing number of people who were upside down on our loan. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and we had such a wonderful experience. We drove 3 hours just to visit this dealership. Jesus got in touch with me based on my financial application. I had a good credit score but not a lot of credit - just being fresh out of college. Jesus did a wonderful job at still getting me a good interest rate. In addition, he explained everything in a simple way so I could understand, in terms of gap protection and extended warranties. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. I asked Jesus while there if they ever see Denny, the owner of the dealership. He said he sees and talks with him everyday. An owner who obviously cares about his company. I highly recommend you visiting this place! Thanks to everyone who made our first car buying experience a great one. I am sure we will be back! More

I was offered an excellent value for my trade-in as well. Everyone that I interacted with was friendly. I never felt any pressure (e.g. no games/gimmicks) throughout the entire buying process and in the end felt super comfortable doing business with South Oak. This was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
