After being treated very poorly by the dealership in Orem, We were told by a friend to go see David Tran. Rusty and Sergio did a great job at working with me on what I could afford at this time. Alex Allen in financing did awesome with the rates and paper work. the service was ok. i had a hard time getting information over the phone about the cindition of my truck that i had to bring back in the nest day to have a leak looked at under the truck that left a big spot over the phone about the cindition of my truck that i had to bring back in the nest day to have a leak looked at under the truck that left a big spot in my driveway. i left messages and never got return phone call even though i was told that i would i was always the one to call back a few hours later to get the update. and then finally the next day i just stopped by to chack and they said that they were just gong to give me a warrenty to cover the cost so i was without my new truck for three days while it sat at the dealership.
