This will be a mixed review. I purchased my 3rd Jeep from you. I pay cash for everything and I love my ride. My Jeep ended up being close to $85,000. I like my Jeep so much we ordered one for my husband. Here is where things get dicey. Ken Garff West Valley you went from a firm 5 to a dismal -20. We cannot get this Jeep finished and delivered. Your empty promises get worse by the minute. No callbacks, no color choices, too many oops. You have hung up on me 3 times today. If you can't get the parts, just tell me you can't get the parts. If someone was handing me ANOTHER 80K I would drink some dark green tin and fabricate those miserable rims. I wish so badly that I would not have done business with you. I think this is the most miserable, short sited experience I have had in a long long time. I am so disgusted with you and your shoddy customer service of which there is none, I wouldn't be surprised if we aborted this decision and you can mess with some other poor stupid fool, who would then be subjected to your special form of pain. But as far as we are concerned you are finished, dragging your feet, hanging up on us, can't, won't, don't think so, and totally and unequivocally finished with you. If we ever get this second Jeep I hope the tail lights work, because it is the last you will see of us. You might not need us but then again you might. More

I visited the dealership on 4/3/12 to check out a 2012 Durango. I called first and gave Sergio the stock number and he had the vehicle waiting. I purchased my 2010 Suburban on-line via Auto Trader. When I got connected with Dave and Sergio the transaction was incredibly smooth and quick. Since I was coming in from out of state, I was concerned that the vehicle would not be exactly as promised or that there may be some other complication. My concerns were unfounded. Sergio represented the vehicle exactly as it was, documenting any imperfections. Dave and Sergio were very customer focused. They even called and texted me as I was on my way home to ensure I got home safe and that there were no issues with the vehicle. I would certainly do business with them again. More
