I have over thirty years of service here at Smythe Volvo. When I started here, I was pulling weeds, dumping oil buckets and doing general facility maintenance. Eventually I progressed from a Technician to a Master Technician, Service Advisor, Service Manager then Service Director. My favorite part of working here at Smythe Volvo is that we invest our business energy into safety. Over the years, we've had many customers who survived accidents because they were in a Volvo. Additionally, we've had many police officers who come in and bought a Volvo because they've been at the scene of an accident and seen how a Volvo saved a person's life. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my family, specifically going for walks with my three sons.

Service with a smile! Brought my car in for an unscheduled service. Tony Plesh took great care of me when I arrived and arranged for car service to my office and back when Brought my car in for an unscheduled service. GREAT EXPERIENCE I have been leasing Volvos for over 20 years. I wouldn't consider going anywhere except Smythe Volvo for my cars. Helpful, considerate service. Great staff Growing up in Detroit in an automotive family I've seen more than my fair share of dealers - foreign and domestic. As I've moved around the country I' Growing up in Detroit in an automotive family I've seen more than my fair share of dealers - foreign and domestic. As I've moved around the country I've added to the experience having lived in Ohio, Chicago, Minneapolis, northern Michigan and NYC. I have never experienced such wonderful service, friendly staff and ethical / common sense employees. My current experience with Smythe revolves around a Volvo wagon that I'm looking to give to my son later this summer. Given the mileage on the vehicle (230,000) there are some minor issues with the vehicle that the sevice department has been most helpful with, and their work has been first rate. Given my experience, I would highly recommend the deaetship's service department and, given my interaction with others on site, would also recommend purchasing a car there as well. Dennis Jeffers in particular has been outstanding. More
