Scott did a great job at helping me find the right car for my needs. My goal was to find a car that consistently got over 40mpg and he lined me up with a 2012 Chevy Cruze Eco. I've had it for over a week now and my lowest mileage (in town) has been 41mpg and my highway mileage is above 46mpg! Scott is very professional in how he managed the sale, gave me a great tour of the car's features and answered all my questions. We had been shopping "on line" for a family car for a few weeks. We found a car like we wanted at Ryan Auto Mall for a very good price and call to talk to Scott about it. I had to drive about 60 miles to see the car. He promised to hold it for me until I got there. The car was just as he said. I was very impressed with my entire experience with Ryan Chevrolet. From the moment I walked thru the door, Carol welcomed me and shortly after, Scott. Scott made me feel as if I were the most important client of the day and made the whole process appear seamless. What impressed me most was how he seemed to know when I would need him between my meetings with Lisa (who was very informative and clear in explaining additional options), and, Nikki (I appreciated her taking control of conversations between Ryan and my Credit Union and making the paper process so "friendly"). I never felt "lost" or didn't know where I should be next. I appreciated him taking the time to explain the options of the Traverse and answered all my questions without making me feel like I had too many :-). The only downside is the distance I live from this dealership - near White Bear Lake. But, because of my experience, I will gladly drive the distance when I need a vehicle in the future! More
