Scott; Thanks to you and Ryan Auto Mall for encouraging me to get the insurance plan on the used red Ford F150 truck that was purchased several months ago for my Grandson Dominic Rosati. It sure is paying me to get the insurance plan on the used red Ford F150 truck that was purchased several months ago for my Grandson Dominic Rosati. It sure is paying off as Bill Rosati, Dominic's Father, tells me that a new engine has to be installed. Bill indicated that Jeff Altrichter in service worked very hard to convince the insurance company that a new motor was needed. This and many other fine services that the Rosati's and I have been given at Ryan in the past, is why I drive 380 miles to Ryan Auto Mall to get the oil changed in my Hybrid Escalade that I purchased from Ryan.
