We just purchased a 2013 Jeep at South Oak Dodge and it was a great experience. We started our search online with Shannon and Cyndi. They were both very responsive and found the exact vehicle we wanted! Wh was a great experience. We started our search online with Shannon and Cyndi. Our vehicle arrived on his day off but Scott came in and spent the time to go over all the features on our new car with us anyway! This is the third Jeep we purchased from Scott Chenoweth at South Oak Dodge. We just happened to get him as our sales person in 2007 when we bought our first Liberty and were so impressed with his honesty, at South Oak Dodge. We just happened to get him as our sales person in 2007 when we bought our first Liberty and were so impressed with his honesty, integrity, and ability to communicate with us. Purchasing vehicles is usually quite stressful and unpleasant as you are never quite certain that you are getting the best deal possible. Not so with Scott. Each experience has been not only pleasant but also painless. Scott's genuine personality and ability to listen and process what the customer wants is amazing. We have found him to always go above and beyond in finding the vehicle that has all the options we want; there is never any pressure or uncomfortable moments when working with Scott. We are fortunate to have met him and will continue to do business with him in the years to come. More

My husband and I have bought with Dodge before and like the product. However, this was the first dealer we have walked into that genuinely listened to everything we needed and wanted in a car....from safe the product. They did not push extras on us. Ryan got us in our brand new car with everything we wanted for exactly what we said we could afford! Jesus (and Mark)were also very attentive to our needs. When we arrived, our car was beautiful and ready to roll! There was one thing that I needed added to my car and they scheduled my service appointment around MY schedule and when I came in the service department was friendly and quick! Scott, another friendly employee, made sure if I needed a loaner I had one so I didn't have to sit around and wait. My husband is looking for a work car and Ryan has continued to service us by watching for a safe and affordable car. They have been in touch with us several times to make sure we are happy and to let us know they are looking for a work car! How many places do you know that will help you out like that?! I will definitely be buying my next car from Ryan and South Oak! If you want a no-hassle place to look or shop, this is your place! (I loved how clean the service department was and the young man that washed and waxed my car came out to greet me when he saw me in the service department!) They honestly want it to be a "family" kind of experience. Since I anticipate on having my car for a long time, it is nice to build a good relationship with the dealer. My wife and I were in need of a new / slightly used vehicle. We had taken our car to another dealer - CarMax - for an apprasial and to see what we could qualify for. After hearing what they could put vehicle. We had taken our car to another dealer - CarMax - for an apprasial and to see what we could qualify for. After hearing what they could put us in at what rates, we decided to get a second opinion. Enter South Oak Dodge Chrysler Jeep. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted and made to feel comfortable. Scott Chenoweth took care of us. "Scotty" took the time to listen to our specific situation and needs. He LISTENED. Most other dealers are already trying to put you in something you don't really want. Scotty then went to Lisa (Finance Manager) and the two crunched numbers - based on what my wife and I were looking for. He came back with multiple options and scenarios that fit our needs. Who does that? Familiar with the square peg in a round hole analogy? My wife and I were definitely an odd shaped peg - and rather than try and cram us into a hole that would benefit Scott - he worked his tail off trying to find the perfect fit for us - on OUR TERMS. Not only did we end up trading in our vehicle for a South Oak vehicle ... we left with two new vehicles! He took the time to figure out that our other vehicle was very high up in the miles and likely would be heading to repair row very soon. Now, instead of having two vehicles needing repairs and no warranty/coverage ... we now have two new vehicles with bumper-to-bumper coverage AND LIFETIME drive train warranty! While I never would have imagined I'd leave with 2 new vehicles ... I know have solid piece of mind that should I need any repairs down the road, I'm covered. SO HAPPY I went to South Oak and worked with Scotty! He is not your typical salesperson. He really cares about putting you into the right vehicle on YOUR terms. I would recommend him to ANYONE. South Oak - if you keep employees like Scotty ... you have earned a customer for life! (And I have 2 kids coming up to driving age ... will definitely be coming back soon!)
