I was recommended by a family member to take my car for a full detail at Beaver Toyota because of their reputation and the fact that they are an established dealership so if I encountered any issues I would full detail at Beaver Toyota because of their reputation and the fact that they are an established dealership so if I encountered any issues I would be able to get management involved to resolve them. Was told it would be $200 and take 2 1/2 hours to complete, I dropped my car off at 9am and the car was not ready until 1:30pm. I never got any updates or was contacted about the status of my car until I called around 1pm. I was not shown my vehicle until after I paid. During payment my advisor was quoting me $500 to fix “missing paint” on my roof which I thought was weird because I was only aware of a very small area about 1inch big where some paint was missing before the service. He also informed me he had called Honda to see if there was an extended warranty to cover the cost of the repair because this is a “known issue” with my make and model. When I saw my car immediately I noticed a large area of paint was missing on my roof. The advisor said it was because I already had a small spot of missing paint and it is what it is basically there’s nothing they could do. I was left speechless and stunned in the parking lot and went inside to speak to Scott who was a manager on duty. He explained that they do not use a pressure washer to detail cars they just spray it down and that they didn’t do anything to cause my paint missing from my roof and it’s my responsibility to fix the damage they caused. I’m a young woman who always has a hard time a dealerships, always getting taken advantage of, so I called a family member to come help me with my situation at the dealership. We inspected the car on the lot, had not driven away, and we both noticed the following items still dirty after a complete detail; door jams, floorboards, cupholder, stains on seat, and of course the missing paint on roof. Management, Scott, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, speaking to us in a condescending, disrespectful, arrogant manner. Ultimately there was no resolution, no refund or coverage for the damage on my vehicle. Scott would not provide the dealership insurance for us to file a claim because he stated they only do that for damage over $4,000. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with the service provided and I will never recommend Beaver Toyota to any of my friends or family. This is such a disappointment because it was so highly recommended to me because of previous experiences and I fully trusted this dealership to treat me and my car with the same respect and care as they had done for my family before. More

First of all, I love Steve Miller and his service department. He definitely deserve that promotion and more. He help me narrow down the car/truck best for me. Also, lovely young lady Monica who was my sales person was patient kind and understanding with me throughout the process and very helpful and her guidance was exceptional. She knew I did not have time to stay at the dealership most of the day like most car salesmen. She did not. She knew I am a single, hard-working, mom and I needed a dependable car and I feel safe on the road and a good AC. I wasn’t really looking to trade my car in, however, it apparently worked to my advantage. Thank you, Monica and Steve! More

Untrustworthy dealership. I was lied straight to my face on several occasions by the finance department. Was asked to have a cosigner and they ended up putting the vehicle in I was lied straight to my face on several occasions by the finance department. Was asked to have a cosigner and they ended up putting the vehicle in her name. When I got home I looked at the flash drive "containing the documents" and it was empty. When I tried to get in contact with someone in finance, mainly the guy that handled my finance, I was completely ignored after leaving several phone messages, emails, and phone calls. The salesman held his promises and the service department as been good but I have lost all trust in this dealership and will never buy another vehicle from them. More
