On both visits your reception team was freindly and helpfull, they deserve some recognition.
Mr. Gill, unresponsive and simply printed cost sheets. He showed not interest in showing me vehicles or asking what I was looking for.
Mr Sage, excellent customer interaction walked the lot and showed me many options based on what I was looking for. Identified cost reduction opportunities and will get a second sale for my daughter's pending vehicle purchase. Excellent Sales Representative!
Sandra was thoughtful, detailed and quick. Professional and friendly!

I really liked the fact that I got to walk around the lot without being followed or hounded by any sale staff.When I was ready for some assistance,i liked that I had the obtion to choose the sales person I wanted.And what a knowledgeable sales person I choice, way to go Tyler Sage your great at what you do. Keep up the great work.

I was recommended to go see Jim Nobbin by my friend Margie Dezsenyi. She said he was a great guy and not at all pushy. Now I have to agree. He was very professional and informative but I never felt pressured. He answered all of my questions and he responded to my texts promptly and took my timing into consideration when scheduling test drives and pickups.

Sandra Hoffman walked me through the cost of everything and explained extended warranty and rust proofing. She was very friendly and helpful

My wife and I had been thinking about purchasing a Cruze for some time and after hearing your ad on 107.5 we decided to check out your dealership. Brad and Sandra were extremely courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We have purchased other new vehicles before at other dealers and we were very impressed with your no pressure approach. Once our other financial commitments slow down, we would come to your dealership first, as I would be interested in possibly pursuing a Camaro.

Bob came outside as soon as he saw me and immediately took me to the vehicle I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable about all questions I had. I'm a very "get to the point" kind of person and don't have much patience for the "pitch" and both Bob and Sandra were very much that way while still being very friendly. Would recommend both to friends and family.
