They truly went above and beyond the call of duty to help throughout the purchasing process - no pressure. Without a doubt, I was treated like valued customers and not just another number or sale. Steer clear of this dealership. This dealership is shady as they come. First off - I had a great experience with my sales rep Mitch. Hes a nice guy and good sales rep. Both times I This dealership is shady as they come. First off - I had a great experience with my sales rep Mitch. Hes a nice guy and good sales rep. Both times I have inquired about vehicles with intentions to buy they have raised the cost of the vehicle from the listing… not just a few hundred dollars or a grand but upwards of $8000 over what was showing on their website. I sent them a screenshot of the price they had show on their website and they said “it was never that price”. Not to mention they add in “accessories” fees on used vehicles that are completely stock and low ball you on trade in value. Ton of wasted back and forth. When we came to buy the car the second time - the dash wouldn’t work… though it had just had a “170 point certified inspection done on it.” The manager said he wasn’t going to hold it for us though until it was fixed because another customer could come buy it as is…. I even offered to place a deposit on it. Though we agreed on numbers and I had uprooted my family to drive a hour into the dealership to trade my wife’s car in I was told by the manager I needed to move forward with the purchase now before it was fixed or it could be sold by the time it was fixed and be put back on the lot… what a way to treat a customer trying to purchase an expensive vehicle from you. Edit- we have now owned this 2020 Yukon Denali xl for 6 days and the digital dash went out AGAIN. After Carl Black had advised they “fixed” it so we could move forward with the purchase. I am now out of state on family vacation and the digital dash cluster doesn’t work so we cannot see even see how much gas we have. I am having to take the car to a local gmc dealer out of state. The entire dash cluster needs to be replaced… Seems evident Carl Black didn’t want to fix the vehicle properly when the warranty was soon to run out within 2000 miles. They just wanted to sell the car, screw over their customer and had no regard in doing the right thing. SHADY. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I hope they don’t stay in business as shady as they are. I can tell by all of the reviews most feel the same. More

Had a horrible experience at Carl Black in Roswell from salesperson Bobby, and Sales Managers John Roberson and Sam Garcia. I'm looking to buy either Yukon Denali XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV. Bobby proce salesperson Bobby, and Sales Managers John Roberson and Sam Garcia. I'm looking to buy either Yukon Denali XL or Cadillac Escalade ESV. Bobby proceeds to show me the Yukon and says to me in a very condescending tone "you know this is a 95,000 dollar car", I wanted to say duh! This will be my 3rd yukon, I make half a million dollars a year and live in a 1.5 million dollar home. I think I can afford this car if I'm looking at it. John was very disengaged, and Sam has yet to respond to my emails. I'll take my business elsewhere. More

In the market for a new gmc canyon. Submitted request for price and availability on similar vehicle we were looking at elsewhere. No response for over a day. Got on chat waited an hour for response. Told cha price and availability on similar vehicle we were looking at elsewhere. No response for over a day. Got on chat waited an hour for response. Told chat person to respond via email. No response for 2 days. Sent another request. No response for a day. Called, was told I would get a call back from the sales manager, no response. Got on chat again waited for 23 minutes they said they would respond via email, then message popped up "Sam the sales manager has joined the chat, let me check for you." Responded one of my managers sold this truck. I immediately went back to the original truck we were looking at and it had sold at the other dealership. Which was Rick Hendrick. But they responded to me in minutes. Now all that is available is white everywhere, If it takes them a week to let you know if a xxxx car is on their lot, it makes you wonder how they can do anything productive. More

Carl and Sam were good to work, however the finance person was very condescending on his interaction with us. My company has a partnership with Buick but he didn't even mention I could have a discount person was very condescending on his interaction with us. My company has a partnership with Buick but he didn't even mention I could have a discount from my company employee discount. Terrible attitude from finance person and didn't even bother to mentioned about my company discount. I'm not happy with this as during the current financial situation many customers deserve the best offers on the market if they want to attract more customers or get referrals. More

Dealer did extremely poor work on the truck. I paid for things that weren’t done and found out later . I.e paint protection and windshield coating. The dealer also installed a bed music system for tailgate things that weren’t done and found out later . I.e paint protection and windshield coating. The dealer also installed a bed music system for tailgate and was dangerous to use. Ie bolts loose enough to fall out When stepping on it. also the dealer installed a exhaust system . When I got home I heard noises coming from under the truck and the 3 inch main clamp that is to secure the muffler was in the pipe but loose enough to slide along the pipe. Upon getting it home the bed system is now cutting off for no reason . The workmanship the dealer performed was the worst I’ve seen ever!!!!! Will never let them touch my truck again nor buy from them again. However the sales person Dominick was good and will buy from him if he’s at another dealer. The gm did try try to make things right at the dealer however I’m now 12 hrs away with a stereo that doesn’t work , poor workmanship and a loose exhaust. More
