My husband and I went into Infiniti of Palm Springs to possibly purchase a Q50 about a month ago. Max Hager was very informative, professional and he didn’t put pressure on us to buy. Since we don’t buy anything fast, we came back a month later and once again Max was very patient and courteous. So much so that my husband and I have owned 3 Maxima’s, and 1 Infiniti in the past as we tend to keep our vehicles a very long time. However, after purchasing our new QX50 from Max last week, we are considering possibly trading in about 3 to 4 years with Max. We trust him to have our backs. He is very honest. Infiniti of the palm beaches is the greatest! !. They are so easy to deal with they get your car serviced and issues resolved fast and are very professional. Great place for a synthetic oil change !. I leased the 2019 QX 50 I love the car but the dealership is garbage. They have zero customer service once the car deal is complete! They will not go above and beyond at all to help the customers! They sell products to protect my car and the dealership does not honor it for th stepsister! I purchased theses packages and gives me nothing but problems when repairs are needed also when I bring my car in for service for many items I’ve been told sorry we just can’t figure it out! I have a stack of service records with incomplete repairs repeat problems I’ve been dealing with them for 36 months I would never buy a car from Infiniti or Schumacher dealerships ever again because I have the same issues with Volvo where I purchased a second car and their customer service is garbage as well! Save yourself the headache and go to an Infiniti dealership outside of Palm Beach County! 36 months is a long time to be forced to deal with a dealership who can not accommodate their customers in the family like manner that Schumaker preaches in his commercials this is far from family treatment it’s more like the how much more can we do to make someone pay! This is about my eighth car in my life so I’m not new in purchasing cars and this by far is the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with I’d rather go to Wayne Akers Ford! But they were really nice when they were getting the sale! My lease is up in about three months and I plan to purchase my car out right but I will take it to another Infiniti dealership to make that transaction I will never give Schumaker another dime of mine. The very Cautious of this dealership and any of the Schumacher entities!! More
