Unfortunately it is very difficult to find true customer service these days. You can rest assured that you will not have a problem finding great customer service at Prestige Volvo. Shortly before 10pm, I service these days. You can rest assured that you will not have a problem finding great customer service at Prestige Volvo. Shortly before 10pm, I inquired via text thru the Prestige Volvo website the possibility of getting a new plastic license plate frame with Prestige Volvo on it. Thinking to myself that this was a frivolous request and would most likely be discarded, but much to my surprise in only a few minutes I received a reply back from Ryan treating my request as if I were on the lot giving him a huge sale. Ryan quickly sent me a photo of the frame that he had on hand and told me to stop on by and he would give it to me free of charge. I replied back to him letting him know that although I appreciated his offer, I live in Charleston South Carolina and would not be able to just stop in. I asked if I could order it from their website so that I could pay for the cost of the part itself and the shipping, he told me he would get the part ready and that he would call me the following day for a credit card number to cover the shipping. He called me the following evening and apologized for not calling me earlier and let me know that he went ahead and mailed out the part and would not require any payment from me. I was very surprised and couldn't thank him enough. My wife and I recently purchased a 2022 S60 from Rick Hendrick Volvo of Charleston, and I can assure you that Rick Hendrick Volvo of Charleston could definitely learn a lot from the folks at Prestige Volvo when it comes to knowing how to treat your customers. This level of customer service certainly proves to me that the folks at Prestige Volvo care more about how their customers are treated than they do about what they think they can get out of their costomers. Ryan was fantastic, responsive to all my questions, and always replied back promptly. I purchased my vehicle from out of state so I didn't get to physically see the car in person but felt confident with making the purchase thanks to Ryan. He sent me pictures of the vehicle from every angle. I was even given free delivery of my car to CT which arrived exactly on time in my driveway looking flawless! Overall a wonderful experience. When I went to Prestige Volvo I was actually on my way to buy a different car at another dealer. I figured I’d stop by and check w the dear at Volvo first. He had several cars pulled with car fax as well as option comparison from the car I was on my way to pick up. He was extremely flexible on my schedule and fully transparent on what he could do for me. After all said and done he even thought of my family and what’s most important to me. I was able to get a car I love at the price I can afford AND got me additional safety features in a very fast process. I’ve never be so stress free while purchasing a car. I highly recommend him when shopping for a vehicle. More
