She can be tough to understand at times, especially when it comes to negotiations, but I always leave feeling good about the deal. It is more than a price for me. I want to know that if I need help that she would be there for me. I feel that way about her and the entire dealership. I was very surprised to have my payment go down from what we agreed to because of a premium interest rate and possibly some Toyota loyalty program. Josh Cousino did my paperwork and it was quick and painless. I lease my trucks and generally trade every 2 years or so and the Tundra is a special type of vehicle because of it's high resale value. I guess I am lucky to be able usually trade without having to pay a lot out of pocket. I guess I should also thank Ryan Denecker, the guy behind the desk who writes the big checks for my trade ins. I think he knows that I don't work my trucks too hard and they will likely get top dollar for them once they are cleaned and tuned up! Overall, I am very pleased to be a customer of Heritage Toyota. I know that I will be taken care of when I come in for service too! Tom Kulhowvick has been there for years and is happy to help me there too! Thank you!! I love my new truck. More

Stellar Sales Experience I was excited enough just waiting for the delivery of my Tacoma but became truly thrilled upon arrival to Heritage and meeting with Chuck Heingartner. I was excited enough just waiting for the delivery of my Tacoma but became truly thrilled upon arrival to Heritage and meeting with Chuck Heingartner. He is a very customer driven as far as providing a comforting environment and fully explaining and demonstrating vehicle features in great detail, but made sure that I was both introduced to and included in discussion with other sales reps in the office about both Toyota and Tacoma's in general, something that I was not expecting but ended up truly appreciating. Having been hand picked by Chuck and his sales associates, the truck was everything I had hoped for and then some, which I still cannot thank Chuck for enough. He went above and beyond to help meet my needs and I know he would do it again without a doubt. - 5/5 Star More

He explained the different fees so there were no surprises at the time of delivery. He coordinated installation request with Randy in the detail department, with a tight deadline they did a great job in completing on time. Kudos to Ryan for managing such a great team!!! More
