Nearly 20 years ago, I purchased my first brand new 2001 Toyota Tacoma from Heritage when they bought my 1999 Toyota Tacoma on the rust recall. Ever since I have been convinced that Heritage always tried to Toyota Tacoma from Heritage when they bought my 1999 Toyota Tacoma on the rust recall. Ever since I have been convinced that Heritage always tried to ensure me the best deal on my vehicle and ensured a pretty stellar customer service. Because of this, both my children also purchased their Toyota vehicles from Heritage- I trusted them to not only get a good safe and reliable vehicle, but outstanding service that I knew they provided. My son purchased a CPO Corolla over two years ago, and my daughter purchased her first Toyota RAV4 just this year with the help of Ryan, who made my daughter's first purchase easy--very patient and committed to ensuring her a safe and affordable car. When I needed to trade-in my leased Subaru, Heritage was my first stop. Derek met us outside immediately when I arrived. His professionalism and dedication to me as customer went 110%. He not only purchased my lease but helped me into the driving seat of a brand new Toyota 4Runner which I have always wanted. Derek was awesome and reflected Heritage values which is why my family and I will always be loyal to the Toyota brand and satisfied customers with Heritage. Seamless Toyota Experience I arrived to the dealer with some idea of what I wanted from the other dealer I had visited before. I knew that Heritage would have the selection and I arrived to the dealer with some idea of what I wanted from the other dealer I had visited before. I knew that Heritage would have the selection and experienced personnel to help me make a decision on a great investment. I ended up taking a couple trucks out for a spin with Jason Dillon to make sure I had the right fit and from there we narrowed down what my options were. After that we discussed the financial side of things and with the help of Ryan Denecker we were able to agree on an appropriate plan of action for moving forward with a new Tacoma. Finishing the paperwork was a breeze with Josh Cousino and from there all I needed was to swap the tools and toolbox from my trade-in to the new truck. Jason helped me get settled in the new rig and took the time to run through all of the options that the truck has to offer which saved me a lot of trial and error and looking up how to use certain functions in the manual. I am pleased that this team works so well together and are able to assist people in the vehicle purchasing process to the extent that they did with me. More

We purchased a new Tacoma, our first, and his undeniable knowledge of this truck both inside and out was the perfect education for us. Upon the sale, Derek made sure that all of our requests and needs were met and followed thru with promises without having to ask a second time!
