Overall, I had a great experience with the dealership. Russell is nice and helpful salesman. I bought a car there, although, I believed I could’ve gotten a better deal. The dealership was able to get us the car we wanted without adding on all the extra unnecessary things that we didn’t want. Russ was fantastic at keeping us updated as we waited for our vehicle to arri without adding on all the extra unnecessary things that we didn’t want. Russ was fantastic at keeping us updated as we waited for our vehicle to arrive and giving a complete run down of the car when we got there. The woman who helped us with finance was great. She was not pushy at all and just wanted us to get the best financing deal. Coming from out of town we wanted to make sure the price we were told was the actual out the door price and they were true to their word. This was the easiest buying experience we have ever had. We would definitely buy another vehicle from here. More

I loved this dealership through 3 vehicles but when you took away the car wash that all changed. At the very least the cars should be cleaned when they are brought in for any kind of service work. Have a couple of complaints about how they lack communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them kno communication here. I called that I was interested in a certain car that was listed on their website. I was told it was available and to let them know when I was going to be there so they can have it pulled up. I told them that I would be there the next day in the morning. When I arrived they said that the car had been sold 2 days ago. I live in Wylie so it is a 40 minute drive to Rockwall. They did not reach out to let me know that the car was no longer available. Thankfully I did find another car that I liked. 2 weeks after purchasing the vehicle I received a call that I needed to bring the car back in because it had to be inspected because the car was from out of state. I scheduled and appointment, when I arrived he said that they cannot do the inspection there that day. No one notified me before I drove 40 out there. The lack of communication is ridiculous. A waste of my time. Now I have to wait until they can schedule another appointment and I have to once again make a trip to Rockwall to get inspected. I feel this should have been delt with before they sold the car. More
