This truly was the BEST EXPERIENCE in purchasing a car that I have ever known. 1st let me say...I drove to work this morn I don't know where to start. It drives like a dream...I feel like I'm on a cloud!!! :-) And this is all thanks to Ron Landstrom!!! I explained my budget and he did everything possible to make it happen. He searched his inventory and found the perfect car for me AND it fit my financial needs. I have to also say the whole Team at this Dealership were so wonderful, and like Ron very gracious in every way. I felt like I was with family. His knowledge of the car and his attention to every detail was outstanding. We have bought Volvo cars for 30 years and although other dealerships were fine, Ron and everyone at Prestige far surpass all the other dealers we purchased from. I am 47 years old, and have been buying or leasing cars since my mid 20's. I just leased an XC90 from Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, and it was the best experience in car shopping I have ever had. I want to publicly extend a huge thank you to my salesperson, Ron Langstrom. Truly the hardest working salesperson I have ever known, who knows his Volvos inside and out. Ron enthusiastically pointed out the features of the newly remodeled SUV including many important safety features. It was clear that he wasn't just trying to sell a car but passionately believed it was the safest and best SUV on the market. He was sincere, courteous and genuinely cared about our experience. High value all around I was looking to lease my third Volvo XC-60 at my local dealer. The sale person I had previously worked with had moved and the gentleman that replaced I was looking to lease my third Volvo XC-60 at my local dealer. The sale person I had previously worked with had moved and the gentleman that replaced him just wasn't able to meet my requests for a vehicle and price. I went online and had a great correspondence with Tina. So I decided to travel 50 miles for quality instead of the 5 miles for convenience I used to drive. At the dealership I met Ron and he was fully up to speed on my discussions with Tina. He made it easy: found the vehicle I was interested in and gave me a great price. Bing, bang boom. I'm in the new car and I'm happy. Price is important, but VALUE seals the deal. More
