Went into the dealership just seeking some information. But the deal Ronnie G presented was just to good to pass up. Ron and management understood my vehicle needs and we're quick with a solution. Ron has a lot of product knowledge and was quick to show and set up many of the infotainment features to help with the overall driving experience.
Matt was quick with the finance end and able to get you on the road asap.

My list of needs was based on having a reliable vehicle that I could count on and trust. I wouldn't be left out in the cold if something happened. I have that now, the security of the old fashioned hand shake you can count on, as a single mom with not lot of back up. I now have no stress or worries as far as my vehicle which goes a long way in todays world. I feel very fortunate to have been helped by such a kind and caring "family".
The effort and work that Ron did to help my wife and I get into the vehicle we wanted was extraordinary. Matt was also a massive help on the warranty side, provided great insight on something that we New nothing about.

I deal here because of Ron. He knows that after sales service is important to me and goes the extra mile to make sure I am taken care of, even well after the sale. I see lots of turn over in sales people here, but thank goodness Ron has stayed.
Trust worthiness is built with relationships, not by pushy sales guys attacking you as you get out your vehicle. (REALLY ANNOYING!) Even had one guy say "Ron isn't here, so you can deal with me". (REALLY ANNOYING! I had been texting with Ron and knew he was there.)
I am worried that this dealership has become only worried about sale numbers and forgot about the customer if this how they train their new sales people. Bennet Dunlop treated people like this in late 80's and people started stay away in droves because they didn't want to have to deal with xxxxxx pushy sales guys. They had to do a major change with advertising campaign to get things turned around, and are a lot better to deal with today. Hopefully you guys figure this out before it is too late.

I recently purchased a new vehicle from Ron G and It couldn't have been any easier. I went in numerous times not fully sure of what trim style I wanted for my new truck. Ron never pressured me into anything, but instead showed me options and features of all trim styles. He made sure to listen to the things I did want, and what I didn't and found me the perfect truck. I would recommend Ron to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
i just traded in a gmc acadia for a buick enclave. Ron was very helpful and explain the differents in the vechile and what i was getting for my buck. Once he found one on the lot that suited my approval he got it ready for a demo drive. upon returned i was greeted in a very friendly manner and asked what a thought. once i said lets talk turkey Dennis came in and again asked my concerns and of course i said price. he offered and then i offered and one more trip up the hall way a deal was made. i felt at no time pressured into making the deal. I feel that is the way thing should be done. I appreciated what Ron Dennis and Jona did and as the years go by will probably return. I have purhase units over the years from capital and seems to be getting better each time.
