I was a loyal Ford F-150 owner for over 5 years. I took special care of the vehicle, and loved spending time in it. I serviced my truck at Capital Ford for any and all work during that time. My truck was towed one evening to Capital Ford where it sat in the lot overnight until morning. I received a call at 7AM indicating my truck had smashed windows and was vandalized over night. I asked them to repair it however it took 24 hrs for the glass to arrive, so I waited another night. During that night Winnipeg had a rain/hail storm. The next morning I arrived to Capital Ford to pay my bill and get the truck back. When I opened the door I immidiately smelt moisture, after sitting my seat it was evident my truck was left outside over night with no window. I returned to the service desk to ask what happened. I received no answer and no one took responsibility for it. Furthermore the broken glass wasn't vacumumed either. After an employee took my vehcile in the shop to clean the glass I took another truck for a test drive. After getting back from the test drive I returned to my truck and opened the door. Right away I saw my centre consol in the back position with all its contents loose in the back seat. I reached out to the manager Mitch Gallant but received no phone call back. I then tried Ford Canada and they were no help either. The calls always seemed to drop and the person on the phone didn't help at all. After this experience I will never buy another Ford. I have already traded in my truck and purchased a GMC. -Sean More

Contacted Ron and within an hour he had gotten back to me as far as pricing and installation. We were very happy with him and quote. Tires were installed at the end of that week. Service with Lonnie was aw as far as pricing and installation. We were very happy with him and quote. Tires were installed at the end of that week. Service with Lonnie was awesome. It did take longer than was expected and no loaner vehicle was available. More

Best salesman and experience I was speaking to Mark Elliot since a couple months before my actual purchase. Through the e-mails that we exchanged, I could already realize that he I was speaking to Mark Elliot since a couple months before my actual purchase. Through the e-mails that we exchanged, I could already realize that he wasn't that stereotyped salesman that would do anything for a sales and nothing about your experience, he was always very knowledgble and willing to help. So when the good opportunity came and a car caught my eye at Capital Ford, I immiediately got in touch with him and, on the day after he gave me an amazing test drive experience and the deal that I asked for, so I was sold. Also a big shout out to Jeff, Capital Ford's Sales manager, which was supportive on the deal. As a post buyer experience, Capital Ford also did everything as promised and got my new exhaust installed without any hassles, even giving me a loaner car for the days that the service was being done, so kudos for Cynthia Schmidt and for both ladies that works as a cashier at the service department who also took good care of me. Summarizing, my experience with Mark and Capital Ford was a 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend them to everyone who is looking for a intelligent and amazing buying experience. More

What an Excellent Experience!!! Everyone I dealt with (Cam, Mark, Shaun, Bob) were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the fact that there was no "high pressure sales tactics" at all. No one tried to talk me into anything. Everything was explained "to my satisfaction" ... and I was repeatedly assured, if I had any further questions, I was to "feel free to call". Thanks again fellas ... I was impressed (and that takes a lot) ... I'd recommend you in a heartbeat ... and I'll be back!!! More
