My salesman Ron is very nice and I think quite honest. Leased 2 cars with him. Servcice dept people are very nice, work is done in timely fashion. HOWEVER...... they always find something else wrong with car. If you're not car savvy, you will wind up paying for a bunch of new things & services. They told me my car needed wheel alignment (9600 miles). I took car to RW Tire & they would not do an alignment because they said I absolutely did not need one. I realize everyone has to make a living, but that it just out and out lying, probably because I am a woman. They also had other things listed to do which totaled over $1,000. Again, things that I was told by RW Tire were totally unnecessary. I would recommend this dealership, and especially Ron Demansky, but I would make sure to warn people about the service dept. and to get 2nd opinion . More
