Ron Ackerman at Crown Toyota Scion

From the first time I had entered the dealership to even after the purchase was completed, I found the whole dealership to be friendly and professional. I had not purchased a new vehicle for awhile.

I walked into the dealership early one morning and was greeted immediately by Ron Ackerman. Even though he had a customer appointment in a short period of time. He was very helpful in answering all my questions. It made me feel very comfortable and I set up an appointment for test drives with myself and my wife at a later date. She had the same opinions of Ron and the dealership as I had. As a result, we purchased the vehicle.

After the purchase, the experience was as great as the selling experience. Brian Buckmaster, the business Manager was very helpful in answering any questions I had about various protection programs that were offered. Very professional as well.

Finally, I dealt with Ji Yuan who explained all the details of the operation of the vehicle. I have never had such a detailed explanation of a vehicles operation.

I have since had service in the dealership for my scheduled maintenance and the service department is as great as the sales department. Really well run dealership and the staff make the difference. My highest recommendation and I would recommend all to them and Ron if you are thinking of purchasing a new vehicle.

Sunshine Toyota......a place that, in my opinion houses a team of professional men and women that are warm, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Chris Wiebe along with Ron Ackerman, Kristin Dare and Ji Yuan helped make my experience fun. Their positive attitude and easy going demeanor were appreciated as I struggled with my decision to lease versus buy, manage the finances and learn all the techy wonders of the new car age. Oh yes, they were all very patient! Thank you Sunshine Toyota for the smile that flashes across my face as I drive my new car.

I started the process by calling Sunshine, I was given the name of a couple of different sales people, then I was contacted by Ron. He was courteous and friendly. He took me for a test drive with a Corolla and a Matrix. I ended preferring the Matrix even though I had gone in with the mindset that I would purchase another Corolla. Ron went on vacation so I was set up with Chris Wiebe. Nice young man, a wee bit nervous, but that's okay. I liked him and found him very friendly. Made the deal. Picked up from Ji on Saturday and did the paper work with Kristin who was very professional.
All in all a good experience. Spent a bit more than I had wanted to but overall I'm satisfied and I like my new Matrix.

We visited the dealership 4 times while purchasing the vehicle. The first to get general information and get a look inside the van. The second for a test drive a more questions. The third for a longer test drive, sizing up the van in our garage, and purchase. The fourth was picking up the van and again going through all the features and setting up the bluetooth with my cell phone. Each time Ron was very friendly, helpful, and informative, giving us the information and time we needed to make our decision. If we were to looking to buy another, we would definitely go see Ron first.

The Salesman Ron Ackerman was very helpful and covered all basis. He had the exact vehicle we were looking for. The other staff working were very friendly also. He gave us time alone to discuss it.

Ron was very friendly and answered all the questions we had. He showed us how everything in my new Rav 4 worked and made sure we understood. I would definatley lease or purchase a new vehicle from Ron.

The sales staff at Sunshine Toyota went out of their way to find us a vehicle that we needed in a short period of time. Ron was pleasant and went above and beyond to find us a vehicle at a great price.

I just leased my 5th Corolla, the last 3 being from Sunshine Toyota, and had a great experience from beginning to end. Kris, who is great and I have gotten to know over the years from the service department, recommended Ron Ackerman to me because I informed him that my lease was near ending.
A couple of months later I called Ron to make an appointment to see about leasing a new Corolla. Ron was excellent throughout the process. He listened to what I was looking for and was very friendly, informative and professional. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking to purchase/lease a Toyota.
Ryan, who I did all the paperwork/financials with, was very friendly and pleasant. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions I had.
Overall the entire process from beginning to end was a great experience. During my time at the dealership, Kris from the service department would pop over from time to time to see how things were going which I appreciated. The day after I brought my new car home, Dave(GM)who I ran into a couple of times while I was at the dealership, called me to make sure I was satisfied with his team. I was!

Pleasure to do business with Sunshine Toyota, Salespeople were very polite and i was not pressured into buying a vehicle. Ron was awesome when going over the features of my new truck and helping me setup my bluetooth. Mike was great with explaining all the options with the financing aspects.
