As everyone living in the world knows right now, there are severe supply chain and production issues facing numerous industries, especially the auto industry. Since the start of the Covid pandemic, my wif are severe supply chain and production issues facing numerous industries, especially the auto industry. Since the start of the Covid pandemic, my wife, Sarah, has been working remotely, and as a result, hasn't had the need for a vehicle to drive. That changed this past week when her company announced a back-to-office date. We immediately began looking for a nice vehicle for her to drive and soon found that there wasn't much out there to be had. My dad is a customer of Knauz BMW and offered to give his guy, Rolly Davidson, a call to see what they had to offer. The BMW X1 had caught our eye with its sleek style and reasonable base price, considering what it offers. From the moment Rolly called my dad back, he was frank with him about the severe shortages and market conditions. However, he did have a pretty fully loaded X1 that had become available due to a customer order cancellation. After hearing Rolly's assessment, it quickly became evident that we would need to act fast if we wanted to secure the vehicle, so I called my wife and told her that we needed to head to Knauz after work that day. As soon as we walked into the dealership, Rolly approached and greeted me by name. He took us right outside to check out the X1, and it quickly became apparent why BMW has such strong customer loyalty. Everything about the vehicle was elegant and screamed luxury. We decided to take a test drive, and before we left, Rolly went over numerous features of the vehicle to ensure our test drive was comfortable. Being behind the wheel, I could tell from the moment we left the lot that the X1 was flawlessly constructed German engineering. It has a very sturdy handle that leaves the driver feeling in control. The heads-up display is a game changer for preventing distracted driving and keeping to area speed limits. Once we got back to Knauz, it was apparent that we wanted to move forward with leasing the X1, and Rolly had already prepared a couple different scenarios for us in terms of money down and payments. We had our 10 year old son with us, so while we took a look at the numbers, Rolly took him to get some hot cocoa (barista style!). Once we decided on the payment route we would go, we needed to take care of the paperwork side of things. Rolly took us over to Scott's office, and just like Rolly, Scott was kind, professional and easily guided us through the process. Once that was complete, Alex took over to do a quick run-through of the X1's features and made sure my wife had her phone connected to the car via wireless Apple CarPlay (another great feature of the X1). All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience at Knauz BMW, and specifically with Rolly Davidson. I should also mention that we weren't able to get to the dealership until about 70 minutes before they closed for the night. Everyone mentioned above, along with a few others, stayed past close to make sure we could drive the X1 off the lot that night. No one came across as annoyed that they had to be there late, and they were all very kind and accommodating. Even though it may be tough to find an actual vehicle at the moment, if you are in the market for a luxury vehicle, my wife and I cannot recommend Knauz BMW enough. Make sure to ask for Rolly Davidson if you're looking for someone who honestly cares about your needs and will work hard to make sure you leave the dealership happy! More

He's the subject matter expert in the software/features, but he performed with great high energy and confidence while keeping a smile on my face. I had a great experience working with Rolly. I stopped by the dealer to look at a new 430i convertible on the lot. I got a fair offer for my trade in and Knauz’s deal was fair and actually more competitive than I expected given the market. Also, I had visited a half dozen other dealers and found all of the others just not interested in my business or my questions. Surprising since they all were basically sitting around doing nothing! The sales process was quick/ no fuss no muss, and Rolly followed up with me the following week to be sure I was set up with the car’s systems. Also, Alec Rodriguez helped me understand the car’s features and systems and helped me troubleshoot setting up the Sirius radio and navigate the terribly unhelpful Sirius customer service setup. More

I contacted Karl Knauz BMW via the web expressing interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certif interest in a certified 540...Rolly called me back within minutes. He explained the car was new to inventory and would need to go through the certification process which he explained in detail. Given we remained interested, Rolly arranged for it to be washed and met with us promptly. He provided an in-depth overview of all the features which was extremely helpful and appreciated. Rolly then provided the opportunity for a test drive. Given we were trading in an older 5 series, he arranged for a valuation during that time and drafted all the necessary paperwork. This made for an efficient and stress free purchase. Further, Rolly kept us updated during the certification process and the car was delivered in pristine condition. This was our second purchase from Karl Knauz BMW and we will certainly purchase from them again (with Rolly as our Client Advisor). More
