Took my new car in for its first oil change. First one was supposed to be free. Dropped off car at 10am, and still had not heard anything from dealership by 4pm. She came back and apparently had used my reward points to pay for the oil change! This place is extremely unorganized!! A full day to change my oil and didn’t even offer a loaner when I dropped it off! More
