He wanted to know the type of vehicle I was interested in and wanted to make sure that it would not only suit my needs but also my family needs as well. He also introduced me to a member of management by the name of Derrell Pinnock and he was just as helpful. Derrell answered every question that I had that I forgot to ask Robert. They both wanted to make sure that my vehicle needs were completely met and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The Sales rep., Robert Alicea, was very helpful and receptive to my questions. As a first time car buyer, I felt his information wasn't misleading. I've done plenty of research before going in, so I would be able to tell if he were trying to set me up for a worse deal. He won't pressure you into making a deal, and respects if you aren't ready or want to think things through. Still you should be able to guide the conversation and know what information you want to get out of the sales rep. More
