I came in from out of state after finding my car on their website. I spoke with Rob Owen the day that I found the car so that he was able to hold it until I could make it into town the following afternoon. R website. Rob was very knowledgeable in dealing with out-of-state customers and was very easy to deal with. He made the purchasing process extremely smooth and was very professional and friendly. I hope to work with him again on my next purchase. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He made me very comfortable and welcome. He was also very knowledgeable in all aspects of my vehicle. I was also fortunate to work with Adam Aavalos in the finance department. He made the process very simplified and comfortable as well. He is just an outstanding person overall. Zoey went over the car with me step-by-step and answered an absurd amount of questions that I had. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. This was by far the best car purchasing experience that I have ever had. Every person at the dealership was kind and accommodating, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. Adam explained everything clearly, gave us our options and we never felt any aggressive pressure to purchase anything. Smooth sailing all the way. Lastly Zoe explained all the features on our new car. This is our first Porsche and both my husband and I were impressed with the level of professionalism and friendly can do attitude from the entire team. More

Flew out from New York to purchase a pre-owned Cayenne GTS at Porsche Riverside. Taylor Ferguson assisted me over the phone prior to pick-up. The condition of the vehicle was everything as described and h GTS at Porsche Riverside. Taylor Ferguson assisted me over the phone prior to pick-up. The condition of the vehicle was everything as described and he worked to save me a few bucks. There was no sugar coating and I appreciated that everything was to the point and no funny business. Rob Owen assisted me during pick-up and I was treated like a VIP right from the moment I entered the dealership. All my questions were entertained and I never felt rushed. The young lady at the front desk (regretfully forgot her name) was very nice and graciously went over the Cayenne's controls, set my phone up on the Bluetooth and helped snap a few photos of me with the GTS before I left. Although there were some reciprocal follow ups after the sale, Taylor and Rob delivered. After-sales service speaks volumes. All in all, the whole team was truly professional and made my decision to buy a car on the other side of the country all worthwhile. I highly recommend Porsche Riverside. Please remember me when I'm ready to buy my GT3 ;) Thank you! More
