My wife purchased a car yesterday and I cannot begin to explain how different this car purchase from all my other car purchases. Ron was our sales agent and Adam was our finance manager. We came in and got the price we were asking for, the upselling was to a bare minimum. I know when you get to a car dealer they try and add fees into the financing but we said no to most of that and they never gave us a hard time about it. We didn't want a Low Jack so they took it off and never pressed us to get it (we don't care for a tracking device). and other misc addons were also brought up. this was really a hassle free purchase! I do appreciate the kind expert team that took care us. the price was reasonable considering the times we are in today (everyone wishes car prices were lower but its not gonna happen anytime soon). Over all, our sales agent Rob Owen and Finance Manager Adam Avalos took our appointment and handled it with utmost courtesy professionalism. I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could. They promised and delivered everything they mentioned on the internet and brought it to the table! We got there around 3:15 pm and left the place around 5:30 pm with no haggling, that's unheard of for me. Of the 8 different cars I've owned in my time (45 years old now). I'm pretty sure the shortest time I've ever been in a dealership was this one (I'm not counting my Tesla because that process was all done over the computer). The only problem I have at this time is with this website, they do not auto correct the upper case letters when I start a new sentence or use the letter "i" when using pronouns. More
